Works good for testing cooling system!
Seems to work good…I thought I might have a bad tester, because my cooling system was bleeding down at 8 PSI on the gauge. But, I checked with another cap, and it was releasing pretty much dead on 16 PSI. So the first cap was just bad.

I didn’t need this, Glad to have it!
I’ve done plenty of water pumps or draining and refilling coolant systems over the years. I just bought this because I did the timing belt and water pump on my wife’s 2016 RDX.This kit has plenty of adapters. I’m not sure if I’ll use anything more than the standard radiator caps, but you never know.The pump used to pressurize the system is very handy and has worked well. After pressure testing I jumped to vacuuming down the system and filled it from coolant I had in a car boy container. The whole process went smoothly.Not sure if I should have just bought the simpler system where it just plugs where the cap installs, but this one seems well made and I have more options.

Great tool for the price
Well for starters you get a bunch of adapters, I’ll probably never use half of them but if the need should ever arise, I have them. I could nit pick this tool apart, but for the price it is good buy. The chain that suspends the toolis cheap and falls off, so what… the only thing I changed on it so far us the quick release on the fresh coolant suction side. It was sucking air in and defeating the purpose of vacuum filling, so I just out in a barb fitting and clamped the hose to it. Problem solved.

Very versatile kit
This collection has a seriously comprehensive set of adapters that should fit just about any motor vehicle that uses liquid coolant for both pressure-testing and vacuum filling.Very pleased with the "good enough" grade of components that "just worked" with no fuss, right out of the efficiently arranged storage case.I expect to get many years of utilty from it, even as I change vehicles over time.
