Super fire !
What I dislike is the price for this product. I wish the oz for the bottle was alittle bit bigger. What I like, is the taste of the product. It taste peppery, salty, and strong lemony. It's hard to tell. I would recommend alittle on fish, chicken, beef and alittle on rice. Alittle goes a long way! Overall, Its superfire! The Best!

Tastes amazing
This tastes very good. It is very expensive, but tastes strong than other brands. Only downside is that it’s a little too salty.

Amazing
We frequent a local izzakaya and they have the best yuzu relish. So glad to find something as good as this.

Very interesting and quite good
I've wanted to try yuzukosho for a while and couldn't find it nearby so I tried it on amazon with a prime day sale (a couple of dollars off). Glad I did. It definitely has the yuzu citrus flavor, slightly more bitter because it's made with zest, but pleasantly so (I don't like bitter, generally so it's definitely not overwhelmingly bitter). The heat level is there and also not overwhelming. really nice. Yes it's small, but all yuzu products are expensive here in the States since they're imported from Japan. I'll get this as an occasional treat but I'll definitely buy it again.

Likely will not purchase again.
I make Yakitori regularly and usually purchase a different brand. I tried this product and found the flavor to be moderately bitter, which is something I did not experience with the other brand. This brand is significantly less salty than others I’ve tried.

Wow is this stuff good!
We recently had a Blue Apron dinner that used yuzu kosho mixed with Kewpie roasted sesame dressing as a topping sauce for fish. The sauce was so spectacular we decided to replicate it. The Kewpie dressing is a brand… so that was easy to find. The yuzu kosho we received did not say what brand it was, and there are quite a few out there. This one was spectacular! Very fresh tasting… no hint of artificial flavors. If you already use yuzu in your cooking, try this spicy yuzu kosho paste. It brightens up all sorts of sauces! A little goes a long way, so I’d say it’s worth the price.
