Great knives ! Well balanced. So far, itit’s holding it edge great!

This knife is really great and unbelievably inexpensive. The full tang counterbalances the blade which has just the right amount of weight to cut with ease. The shape of the blade also lends to a rocking motion for finely cutting herbs and the weight makes chopping thru sturdy ingredient easy.I bought this knife with the intention of buying a more expensive one if I liked the style but I am sticking with this beauty!

This is my favorite knife in the kitchen! Great weight, extremely sharp, looks nice. Hand wash only - dishwasher caused some minimal rusting. Be careful handling and storing it, as it’s easy to cut yourself with just the slightest mishandling. One of my favorite Amazon finds in a long time.

This product was Awesome, it’s definitely what I needed to get for my kitchen! The knifes are amazingly sharp and impressive, I knew I had to take care of them after washing them before I purchased. Easy to take care of and so far the edge is staying straight and extra sharp! I’ve used on veggies and chicken and steak!

The edge was not centered and it’s curve was irregular. It would not cut straight as is. I have experience making cutlery so I decided to make it right as there is plenty of blade to work with. The handle scales shrunk away from the tang and sharp edges were present. That being said, the design and balance is exceptionally good. The tempering is really good. After several hours of judicious hand grinding and sharpening with a multiplicity of abrasive stones and plates, it became one of the best cutters in the kitchen. It is not plain carbon steel. It is some kind of high carbon stainless steel. I found that to be a plus as plain high carbon steel discolors onions when you cut them, and gets oxidized itself rapidly. None of that was present. It did come sharp, but it was out of whack. It seems that an inexperienced or careless person ground and polished the blade. It has the potential to be a great vegetable and meat cleaver. This company needs to step up its quality control. There’s a really good blade in there if you have the skill and experience to bring it out. I really like it now, but I doubt I’ll buy another at this price ,since it required so much to make it right.9/9/22I just gave this another star. Once the blade is tuned, it cuts too well not to. It’s a pleasure to use. I just minced nine pounds of meat for sausage in record time with it. It’s still shaving sharp.👍

This has become my favorite knife. It has some weight, and is well balanced. I can easily cut a head of cabbage in half with ease, and it slices thin shreds without any problem. I even cut through frozen meat to make thin strips for stir fry. You will appreciate how it makes your prep work go fast. I like that it is really wide giving you area to rest your knuckles against it while you mince or dice. I even use it to cut pizza! Don't complain about it getting rust...that's normal with this type of knife. Just treat it well, NO dishwasher, no soaking in water, clean and dry after using.

Dangerous, awesome, sexy. Have you ever wondered what it would feel like to hold the rage of 10,000 scorned women in your bare hand. This knife will make you feel like a man who can hunt, trap, build, procreate, an climb a mountain all at the same time. Update: had this for about 6 months, and have enjoyed every minute. But unfortunately I pushed it to its limit. Still one of my favorite experiences. #worthit
