Parker Vector, a writer's classic pen
I have used a Parker Vector since I was a child and I love it. It's too bad that this pen is no longer manufactured in the United States. People always stop by my table when I am writing at a cafe and compliment my Vector. It is a classic. Sometimes the nib can be scratchy. But the pen is durable. I actually left it in my jeans pocket when I recently did the wash. The pen was intact. It bled blue on the inner lining of my pocket and it needed some priming with new ink to be usable again, but it works great again.

great little plastic fountain pin
Low cost works great, writes well, vary smooth. Plastic pin can break in pants pocket, this is my second pin.

Will keep buying these every time I lose one
This is my everyday workhorse pen for basic calligraphy. It is not fancy, just reliable. The nibs are fine (edge-wise) for a fountain pen and are quite stiff..like pretty much rigid. While I like this for caligraphy, I get that some won't, as it is stiffer than a Mitchell nib. That said, it is really hard to beat the combination of price, reliable function, and quality. It is also cheap enough that I don't really worry about loss/damage..this is my third one.

Writes smooth, feels cheap: Updated to 1 Star
I had a Parker Urban which I had misplaced and rather abused before that. Given the solid feel of that pen I decided to buy the Vector to replace it. Being a little cheaper didn't hurt either as I'm sure to abuse it again. It writes very smoothly which I enjoy however it is very very light. Mostly made out of plastic, it doesn't give you the sense that you are holding a quality writing utensil. It also feels too short. Bottom line as usual, you get what you pay for and that is all you are going to get out of a Parker Vector. I'll be buying another Urban shortly.Edit: I've changed this review to a 1 star. Under regular use conditions in less than a year the threads that the nib end screw into have started cracking down the side of the pen. It won't be too much longer until the nib end falls out one day as the threads can't hold. Cheap plastic construction is the cause of this as I've done a very good job of not abusing this pen as I had my former one. As this pen will last shorter than any regular BIC ballpoint you can pick up for fifty cents I can not endorse this product at all.

Not worth it
I am a fountain pen fanatic! For a Fountain pen to be good It has to have a certain amount of heft to it otherwise it is hard to write with. This pen is a lightweight. Too plastic-y. You would be better off buying a Parker pen at a Staples. That's what I thought I was getting. I had bought a Parker pen at a Staples and that pen (for the same price) had sizable heft to it. This pen will be difficult to use over a period of tie. You are better off buying a Varsity throw-away fountain pen.

Satisfied.
The product came quickly, in spite of the distance it had to travel. This is the second or third order I've made and I've never had a problem.

just what I was looking for!
Have been searching for a replacement for my wonderful Parker cartridge ink pen. The vendor sent the exact model, it works perfectly and I'm very happy with it. Bravo!
