I am SO grateful for this litter. I spent $300 on blood and urine tests at the vet, but they weren't able to get a sample due to his agitation. The other option is home collection, so I went to pick up the test kit and thought I was being punked. Two *tablespoons* of litter was provided from the vet...........What cat will go in an essentially empty box? Not mine!! The tips I researched weren't working, but this litter did the trick. I used all 3 bags and just put it in a (lined) small plastic box, so it looked more full. I removed the normal litter boxes and within 3 hours, he used the box! The urine beads up perfectly and its very easy to use a syringe or pipette (provided) to obtain the sample. I would recommend getting 2 orders, if your cat is extra picky.

This product is fantastic and very easy to use. I didn’t realize it has enough for three uses, hopefully I’ll never have to use it again. My kitty had a UTI and the urine sample was very easy for the doctor to get the results. I would buy this again.

I was able to get a urine sample from my cat! I would recommend ordering TWO for a successful result, as one is realistically not enough (especially for a picky cat). Will order again in the future! :)

This product was pretty great. Luckily my cat didn't try to cover his urine because idk if it would have absorbed it then but this worked great to get a urine sample for the vet! It's just messy to clean out of the box after but well worth it - highly recommend.

So much easier to use than the little beads the vet gives you .. had no issues and cat used the box right away !

First, the product does work. At its very basic function of what you want it to do, it works. I was able to collect the urine on top. There is a very big but, though. If you are trying to collect a urine sample for the vet to test, and not just use test strips, the product can and probably will interfere with the results because there is a high likelihood of some sediment being collected with the urine. This poses a really big problem when cats are being tested for urinary infections, crystals, etc. My vet tested the sample and we pretty much can't trust the results because of the sediment. Now, we have to go back to using Nosorb and have his urine retested. It's not the product's fault, but it does not work for the testing we needed. In addition, there really isn't a lot for 3 pounds. I thought there would be more but I guess because it's so dense, there's not a lot of product to make up the 3 pounds. I, unfortunately, will not be purchasing this product again.

The litter did exactly what it was supposed to do. I put all 3 bags in the litter box so there was enough for my cat to feel comfortable doing her business. Easy to get the sample too.
