I’m on my second one of these. I’d bet money they where made in China like most everything else. It’s very handy with very small egg skillets.

Yes. Works best with a small frying pan. You need to get under the yolk for each egg when flipping. Easily slides off the pan with adequate butter and the little joey spatula slides it perfectly into the plate

Yep- The edge is quite "floppy" and "bouncy". Those 2 holes right near the edge don't help either. The only thing I can think of (and this is a stretch) is to file, sand or grind the leading edge so that it is more like a knife edge. I would also suggest spraying the blade with PAM or, some similar spray coating. Usually tho, I just slide the eggs out of the pan unto the plate however if you want to flip them, I can see where that could be a problem. Good luck !
