Lot of 24 PAIRS - 5A WOOD TIP NATURAL MAPLE DRUMSTICKS - PRO 48 DRUM STICKS NEW

I bought these for my middle school students so that they could learn some latin dance beats (I'm a Spanish teacher). They had a blast learning how to hold the sticks and tapping out some basic rhythms. The sticks are actually higher quality than I expected - no one got any splinters, and in the 48 pairs that I ordered (two sets of what is sold here) there were no broken or missing sticks. Very good deal for the price. I will be able to use these for years to come. I don't know why the picture makes them look so yellow - they are a normal birch color like most drumsticks. Unfinished, but well sanded.

Used these for centerpieces for my son’s drum theme birthday. Got many compliments on the centerpieces. Didn’t use them for actual drumming but kids loves that they got to take some home. I can’t review on how well they would hold up for the real purpose, but it’s not something my son would use. They were perfect for what I needed them for though.

These are really nice solid wood drum sticks. The top of it is all wood rather than plastic, and that was great to see!

Really good value, though pretty bad sticks. They are good sticks to keep around for elementary and middle school students who forget their own frequently.

Bought as a gift for my son. Product arrived in perfect condition. I won't know until Xmas if they are of the good quality as advertised because it will be a while before they are used. I expect no issues. They look perfect.

My band writes on these with markers and toss them into the crowd during our concerts. Good price for our usage case.

The product itself was good for intermediate sticks, the price could be a little lower, but overall they are a decent product.

These sticks look like they were made in someone's basement on a cheap lathe. Five pairs of sticks out of the 24 were unusable due to large portions of the sticks having extremely rough surface and being out of round where your hands are placed. I wasn't looking for the best sticks in the world when I bought these but I wasn't expecting a substantial number of sticks to be reduced to kindling without any use whatsoever. Several sticks also broke at first use where the tips snapped off. Several sticks have splinters developing in the hand grip area. All in all, not impressed in the least, even with cost savings for buying in bulk. Two stars since I did find four or five pair that seem like they may last a little while and they have ok balance.
