Nice little pocket paring knife
For the longest time I’ve been trying to add a fixed blade knife to my on-body EDC. I’ve tried several, in several different carry positions. So far, this one is the best I’ve come up with. It’s short enough to fit in a front pocket (where I carry it) but probably too long for neck carry. The sheath that come with it isn’t very good, or else you could probably carry it on your belt.About the sheath… I replaced the one that came with it, with a kydex one I made at home. It’s not pretty, but it’s better than the original. There’s a version of this knife that comes with a leather sheath; that would probably be the one to buy.Mostly I use the knife for food prep, or eating lunch on the go. The blade shape is perfect for that task. I don’t think it would be a good defensive blade; it’s too small for that. It would also be pretty good at many other light-duty EDC tasks. It’s a good knife, from a well-known company, at a good price. Definitely worth your consideration.

Perfect bird or trout knife
Like all CRKT blades very well made. Just the right size for small game and very light weight. Great neck knife.

Excellent knife
Love this knife. Light weight and fits in the hand great. Super sharp. Very comfortable as a neck knife or on the belt. It is my EDC. I use that and the CRKT squid as my pocket knife.

Nice little knife
The knife is very well made, sharp and appears to be of really good quality. However, the sheath is absolute garbage. Not enough retention for me to trust that this won’t come loose and impale my feet if wearing around my neck. Comes with a belt adapter as well but also not good as it only mounts to the bottom holes making this wildly uncomfortable to wear on your belt. My best suggestion is to buy the knife for the knife not the sheath. Make a sheath yourself that meets your needs

Needs strong holding sheath
Great little neck knife like most CRKT but, the kydex sheath doesn’t hold the blade very securely. It can easily come out and being a CRKT that can be dangerous. They typically are quite sharp out of the box.

The perfect small fixed blade
I love having this thing on me. It’s so easy in the hand, light and thin for slicing tasks. Great looking, lightweight, and easy to keep sharp. With the way CRKT is taking their design language I hope they don’t stop making things like this that look great.

Outstanding
Best little field knife I’ve owned! It can handle cleaning trout to skinning a deer. Not to thick or thin. Jack of all trades is this knife.
