It can indeed handle a 200 lb adult (I'm 220 lbs, and I used it briefly). I skipped the pump it came with, and used my bicycle pump (with needle) to inflate it to 20 psi. 20 psi seems to work for us pretty well so far.I've seen where some reviews mentioned the ball slipping out; you need higher pressure, and the lip in the "waist" of the ball needs to be below the rim of the foot platform; the inflation bit needs to face upwards, so that it doesn't take any brunt of force on the floor.The oval shaped platform will flex and tap the floor, which I think is a good thing, since it'll give and help keep the foot platform in place. The ball is made with very thick material.

We haven't tried this yet, but I always loved the one I had as a child and hope my son has lots of fun. Seems like a good quality made well

This was too small. The ball slips through the hole if an adult stands on it (box says can hold up to 200 lbs). The platform barely fits my 9 year old and it’s too small to jump.

If you’re feeling nostalgic and thinking about your childhood and your pogoball..this works as a substitute and a stand in for your children to be able to enjoy an activity you partook in for hours.. it’s smaller than the original, both the ball and platform, but still functional and almost as good. Lots of fun! My kids and I have all enjoyed seeing who can bounce the farthest and longest. The kids come across it and end up playing with it, so I think that means it’s worth the purchase!!Oh and it comes with a pump, we’ve only had to fill it once since we originally inflated it. We haven’t had any problems and it seems very durable.. for reference I am about 5’9” and around 170lbs and I didn’t pop it.

We bought 2 of these for twin boys birthday, age 9. They loved them! The toy was safe and well made but does need an adult's strength to place the ball in the platform. Well packaged. The boys just laughed and laughed as they jumped around!
