I purchased the 12” spillway and I’m very happy with the flow and lighting. You can buy at HD or Lowe’s the 1” female pvc connector that will hook to the rest of the plumbing. I connected the light to the pool lights, so all turn on together. Also, the best part is that these will not rust and hope will last a long time.

I INSTALLED 2 OF THIS INTO MY SWIMMING POOL FOR LED LIGHTING AFFECTS AND ALSO AS WATERFALLS

The media could not be loaded. The waterfall just comes to the edge and falls down. I expected better flow. I thought perhaps my pump wasn’t strong enough so I bought a 3500 GPH pump and there was not change in appearance of the waterfall. There was more flow but not visibly different than my smalller pump. Also the pipes are 1” and 1” tubing does not fit. I had to get a heat gun to soften the tubing to force it to fit

We had a custom made tile surround installed around this spillway.Unfortunately, after only one year, the lighting system stopped.It no longer lights

Was to be used as a streamless waterfall in my project. the inlets are a strange diameter ( NOT inches ? ) I went to 3 hardware stores and could not find any fittings that fit so I could connect to tubing. Lastly the inlets are on the underside of the box making it impossible to lay the box flat or put any stone underneath it . To get it to work I ended up connecting it with electrical tape wrapped around the white inlet pieces to thicken them so my tubing would hold and had to leave empty gaps underneath so the inlets had room Not very attractive The the LED strip died on one side within 3 weeks RETURNED item for refund
