Companies are required to place a warning label on any product they sell within California if it exceeds the level that the State has established as risk free for a list of over eight hundred chemicals. These standards are specific to the state of California. The chemical element that triggered this requirement is lead, which is a naturally occurring element that can be frequently found in soil and water. Q: How does it taste like alone? Tried the Divine brand, and it tasted like nothing.

It doesn't taste like much on it's own (slightest hint of chocolate flavor), but I would say it enhances the flavor of whatever you combine it with.

Hi Anita, Thank you for purchase and for reaching out to Healthworks. There is a talk that Chocolate contains caffeine. It would seem that this rumor is based primarily on confusion between two similar alkaloids: caffeine and Theobromine. Theobromine is the active ingredient in Chocolate and it occurs only in Cacao. The two stimulants are related and have similar structures, but are different chemicals with different properties. Theobromine is comparatively jitter-free in terms of energy. There are of course, some Chocolate products that have added caffeine, but it does not occur naturally in Chocolate. There is no added caffeine to our cacao butter. Delicious and Easy to Use!

I used this to make my own 'chocolate' which I've put in quotes because it's not actual chocolate. I melted this and mixed in carob powder, along with some coconut milk powder and stevia. It tastes exactly like chocolate! I can't even tell a difference. What I like about this product specifically is how distinctively it smells like chocolate. Usually white chocolate (made with cacao butter) doesn't smell so chocolately but this does. It's also very easy to break into pieces to use. The bag it came in appears to be very sturdy and it's easy to open/close. Will be ordering again soon.

Absolutely love this product! I make chocolate with it and have used it in my skincare formulations as well as straight on my skin. It's wonderful. The scent is divine too.

Unbelievably creamy

Folks this is got to be one of the best products out there! It was recommended this through Gretchen's Bakery. We started making our own Home Products as well as making our own chocolates due to the atrocities of what's going on in Factory farmed animals after watching DOMINION we went completely vegan and let me explain what vegan is it is stopping violence against animals.I cannot believe that 70% of all of our illnesses are due to eating animals I never knew but I know now so I will be repeatedly purchasing this product! It's a little pricey but I think you'll be satisfied.Let's see if it will come in a composting bag. Plastic has taking over.

Fantastic.

These cacao flakes smell so good.I still haven't gotten around to making chocolate with them.I started spreading jam on them and just eating them.I love these things.They also pair well with my gummy-vitamins.
