The Dyna-Fog Hurricane is a sprayer that in the past we never expected we'd need, but when the time came that we did, we were glad to be able to find it and order it. My husband is a first responder and has been going to medical calls for covid infected individuals since the quarantine started last year, and even now with restrictions being lifted he's still going to the same medical calls. At his office they had something very similar to this sprayer, and after each call they'd return to their office and in the garages they would be sprayed down with a type of cleaner to disinfect their clothing. This gave us the idea that we wanted to be able to do the same at home.We started out using a type of handheld paint sprayer but it soaked us too much. We struggled to get a nice even mist. But we started with that and anytime we had to go out or when my husband came home from work, we could spray ourselves and work gear with the same cleaner they use at his job. After a while I discovered these foggers and they looked exactly like what they use at my husband's office. So I ordered 2 of these, one for our home and one for our vehicle to take places. There's four of us in the home who are working outside the home, so from time to time we bring our sprayer that we keep in the vehicles to where each of us works to help disinfect areas.With the quarantine lifted everyone in our house is back to work, and my daughter works with the public. She's a freshman in college, but is also a supervisor at the local theater so she takes one of the sprayers with the disinfectant and sprays down areas of the theater in the evenings when the customers have gone home. The sprayer works outstandingly well because it's powerful and can spray long distances evenly. You can disinfect areas without even getting too close to them. There's adjustable settings so depending on what you plan to use it for you can set it for how it works best. So much better than the cheap sprayer we were using before!

Incredibly strong and well made ES system. My sister in law has a cleaning business and since using one of these devices in every single home that she cleans since Covid and she feels it gives her a serious edge over the competition; this particular one I would say is even nicer than hers.I have been using a much smaller one of these that I use in my kids' rooms and playroom any time we've been having play dates. It's sub-$100 and there's no question this thing is quite a step up. Parts are super sturdy and everything is easy to take apart and put back together. I personally have been using this unit to disinfect my husband's office building once a week. It's about 1500 square feet and takes me less than an hour even with stopping for refills. His work is outdoor-related and the office has always had sort of a heavy "sweaty guys were here" odor even after being cleaned, but since we've started using this disinfectant fogger and really getting every surface covered and cleaned, the odor has not built up the way it used to. I use sodium-generated cleaning solution and it works well with no clogging or damage to the machine.The one thing I will say is that I had no idea how loud this machine would be; my other one is silent but I guess the fan on this one is what makes the difference and probably why it's called the "Hurricane" (duh, should have known). It doesn't really bother me, but if I were trying to use this in perhaps a school or other location where I'd want things to be relatively quiet, it might be worth noting.Overall this piece of equipment is super sturdy, great quality, made domestically, and a great device to have if you need to disinfect large areas quickly. Recommended.

I was very impressed with how heavy duty this feels. The downside of that heavy duty feeling is that it can be a bit cumbersome to carry around. It works great but good grief this thing is loud! This is going to come in very handy for me for spraying pesticides and for the price I am hoping to get many years out of this product. Overall if you are looking for a beast of a fogger you should check this thing out and don't let the price scare you away.Thanks for taking the time to read my review. I did receive this product for review purposes. I own several rental properties, and a beach house that I rent by the week. With Covid, it is nice to use this to spray a pet-freindly disinfectant + ordor eliminator solution. As others have stated, it is loud but I do not mind the noise. It quickly sprays a large area, it has great reach.. maybe 15 to 20 feet. The mist is very fine, it does not leave a running water dribbling mess (unless you deliberately point it at the same spot for a long time). This is excellent, as it disinfects and deodorizes while not leaving water stains / drip marks.If I were to compare it to a hand spray bottle, like a clorox hand spray bottle, the fogger provide a very fine mist. and it makes the disinfectant cover a much broader area. A spray bottle has a heavy, beaded spray and uses a lot more product because the spray is so heavy.My son has a large in-door flower garden, and he suggested that it would be a great mist sprayer for his plants. Of course, great care should be taken to ensure that the disinfectant is washed out of the unit before it is sprayed on plants.It is great that this is made in the USA. It is built to last, and serves an excellent purpose.The MFG says that it is for first responders, but I think that anyone with a house cleaning business should own one of these.
