1st class product
5 star service from supplier. Product protected (glass) in good protection enclosed in crushproof cylinder. Protective gloves included. The only negative was, The diabolical service from, Royal mail 24 . But as promised, the supplier replaced the item, which arrived as expected and advised by supplier. This U/V light tube is being used in our Koi pond, to sterilize our water. This item also has a 1 year guarantee. Most certainly recommend .

Works Perfectly!
I replaced the original bulb in my Oase pond filter with the DuraBulb bulb and it's working great. There was a lot of algae starting to grow as the bulb was due to be changed but it has cleared after only a couple of days. My fish are happy again!

Rip off paid 4.99 for faster delivery
The bulb was perfect just didn't like the postage rip off cost me £4.99 to have it delivered quick but I received it on the day it would of been free be warned

Product should be better packet esp for international orders
I received the order a few days late but thats understandable, unfortunately both the uv bulbs were broken when received, I know that they r very delicate but please pack them in a better way next time- the outer case was good but there was nothing inside to stop the bulbs from moving around.
