Fantastic follow-up to the Exploding Life of Scarlett Fife
My 7 yo had specifically asked for the first book, The Exploding Life of Scarlett Fife from the library so was super excited when I was able to get hold of this, The Wobbly Life, a couple of days after release - it's aimed at slightly older audience (7-9) but a confident free reader she rattled through it in no time. I could hear her chuckling quietly as she was reading it to herself which is always a good sign. They are starting to get into reviewing and reflecting on books so I asked her to write a few words of her own:[Scarlett Fife: Funny, wobbly and the second book in the series about a girl called Scarlet Fife who has strong emotions and she is talking about her family and how it's a square and it's her and her three parents and she’s worried that its changing because her mum is having twins and her dad is trying to marry Rita the mum of Polly at school. Rating: 5 out of 5]Amusing illustrations and well written which kids can relate to. She's looking forward to seeing book 3 which is previewed on the inner back cover - The Stormy Life of Scarlett Fife

Great story with a underlying message in a way that children would understand
A great book to follow on from the first book which is The Exploding life of Scarlett Fife. Scarlett is a very relatable character who’s feelings manifest themselves with some funny things happening. Along the way Scarlett is given help from her aunt and grandmother on how to deal with these big emotions. It has a great underlying message to children on how to deal with certain emotions in a very funny and enjoyable way that children will enjoy! My 8yr old boy really loved the book and we both found it hilarious as I read to him each night before bed, and he read a few pages on his own whilst I was with him as I wanted to know the story too! He’s really looking forward for the next book in the series to be released next year. 5 stars all round!

Don't let your anger get mad, keep it to yourself
Do not want to spoil much of this book because I am like halfway like on page one hundred and there are two hundred and forty pages.Kind of a fun book I must say.And how to show not to always keep your anger inside and get mad after but to stay calm and also get a mix of emotions too it is normal for humans to sometimes get a mix of emotions.I rate this book a four out of five it is nice but since not fully finished with it I do not know whether to rate it five stars.

Hilarious!!!
Scarlett Fife is a girl who suffers with anxiety or a wobbly tummy. Her worry wobbles are so big that whatever she is worried about starts to wobble themselves. For example a world record at stacking sugar cubes where Scarlett was so worried about putting the last sugar cube well you can guess what happens.....Lots of fun but also there are some more serious lessons built into the book which are told in a more light hearted way.Great funa dn my daughter enjoyed reading it.

Stories with heart!
This is funny, smart and has glorious messages about worries. Scarlett has big feelings; her family is all change and she’s not sure what to do about the worries she has. I just adored this. Made me chuckle and cry! I can’t wait for the next one!

Good book
I got this book for my 6 year old to read as she's moving onto bigger chapter books and this was perfect. Such a lovely funny and silly story. It was one that had her smiling and laughing whole reading. She enjoyed it and knew what went on in the story as sometimes she can read without actually reading properly if it doesn't interest her. But she was left asking for me. We found out this is one of two book so she has asked me if we could get the other one to read.

Funny Book
This was such a funny book, Scarlett is a really great character, I'm sure lots of children will relate to her as well as numerous other characters that are well imagined. The anger management course and discussions were great, proved it's ok to get angry sometimes ands there are ways to deal with it.It was very good at showing reasons why others behaved as they did. The main reason though was that this book is so much fun to read. They can't wait for book 2 to come out. Great funny book.
