Cute
Makes smallish ice bullets but you get used to them. I like the machine. It makes enough ice for two drinkers in an evening. It is a cool device to have. You can, of course store the ice in your freezer.

Fine at first
This was a great purchase at first but unfortunately I have had it just over a year and now it's not working. Manual saying motor is stuck or motor is damaged call service hotline but not even a telephone number there to call. Thought I would of got a lot longer than a year out of it considering I paid almost £100 for it.

Godsend!
I've had this little guy for a couple of months now and he is great! He has been named Gordon the Ice Grower and we bestowed googly eyes upon him (not included lol). I do feel a little guilty about the extravagance of running this machine, but as someone who is always too hot, this has been a godsend. I'm not sure what it costs to run.For best results, use spring water straight from the fridge. The ice cubes aren't as solid as the pre bought cubes, and will probably melt a little faster, but this hasn't bothered me as there is an ongoing supply whilst the machine is still running. Any left over ice can be kept in the freezer. They will stick together but nothing a little bashing about doesn't fix.It struggled a bit during the heatwave on the very hottest days, and was working so hard that it pumped out even warmer air from the cooling fan, so actually made the room warmer if I ran it too long. I've learned to freeze ice in advance if there's a really hot spell coming. But it was fantastic on summer days, not just for drinks, but to cool the dog's water, ice packs, at one point I had a bowl of ice with tea towels and flannels in it when it was really hot.Perfect for summer parties or evening drinks. I'm so pleased with it. Would definitely recommend.

Ice Ice Baby
This is easily the best purchase I have made for myself in a while.Fill it up with water and turn it on, let it do its thing. It's great to watch. Unlimited ice for our gin and cocktails and garden bar parties.

Great whilst it works
Didn't use this appliance much at all, then one day the the ice tray mechanism wouldn't set in position. No more ice.Contacted seller and they said get it fixed locally.Sad to think that the seller didn't seem surprised that the appliance broke down so soon. They're throw away culture is not acceptable.

Great value for rapid ice
Used during the heatwave, sited infront of a fan to blow cold air at me as it made an endless stream of great little ice blocks. They are small, but I prefer them as we only chop 'em in the blender anyway.
