It's an inner tube. What more can you say.
Standard inner tube and so far it's holding up well. And yes the air valve is 90 pointing inside just like the picture shows. My eScooter needs this type of valve so as not to scrape the outside bar. Most inner tubes have the valve slightly outward, so make sure it matches what you need.

They work for any type of street roads
They are really great the last me for a long time you really have to put them good in order for them to last long but although these inner tubes are good for heavy roads

Very low stem valve
The stem valve is very low, rest against the rim. I had to pull so hard to get enough space for me to connect to a valve when filling air. I’m sure the stem area of the tube will rip eventually if I had to pull by force every time when filling the air. It’s good price though.
