Brilliant for finding the right fuse.
I used this to find a fuse in my car that only went on when the ignition did.I clipped the metal clap to the door (any grounding point will do) and checked the fuses until I found an appropriate one. It's so cheap and easy to use that you should have one in your toolbox.

Cheap, but effective
It's pretty light and cheap feeling, but it works. There's not much else to say to be honest, if you can find a replacement bulb it should last a long time as long as you store it safely. Recommended.

Works with ease
Was very easy to use, clamp onto the battery and tested all fuses around the car to locate the issue instead of pulling out each fuse and inspecting them.Good quality and good value for money especially if you value your time.

Essential versatile tool
A motorcycle mechanic once told me how invaluable these light testers are for a variety of applications. I have used it to diagnose wiring problems on my motorcycle and to check for hot wires and I'm sure I will use it for many other applications in the future. The tester is of pretty decent quality in terms of the connector and the light is nice and bright. It should hopefully provide years of service. I recommend it.

Build Quality
Hi all. This is my initial thoughts, as the test lamp is just out of the packaging. Acknowledging that the tool is aimed at the DIY market, looking at the various elements that comprise the tool, for example the negative wire and clip, and the body of the lamp, I'm a little concerned at the longevity of the build, and safety of the lamp if accidentally used outwith the electrical safety parameters marked on the packaging.

Easy to use
Pretty simple, bought it to sort out non-functioning back light. It didn’t work as the fuses were the problem but I thought I’d keep it handy anyway
