Good product for outside cooking
Using this product for the smoker and barbecue excellent product for this

Fit medium big green egg
Bought this to use as a drip pan for our medium big green egg. It sits just inside the plate setter (so close that when hot it will pull the plate setter with it) we are very happy (we did get a seperate grill rack for it)

Not enough cooking surface
The issue with this pan is not enough cooking surface to food. A flat grill pan is better

Perfect out of the box
I washed it with water and soap before the first use. It was ready to use right out of the box. Handles did not have any sharp edges. I enjoyed using it. it is a great addition to any cast iron cookware arsenal..
