I was weary buying these kites due to their low price, but they are absolutely wonderful!The gorgeous colors and beautiful butterfly details are stunning. My girls are 6 and 8 and this was their first experience with a kite. They used them at school with minimal assistance and the kites worked wonderfully.The only problem we experienced was that the loop on one of the kites where the string attaches broke away from the seam. It was an easy fix - we found some ribbon at home and sewed it on as a loop for the string and it was as good as new!

Was a pretty good kite I would say it could hold up a little better, one of the plastic rods broke and the tail is just way too long! Otherwise it was a pretty kite.

The end piece of the string wasn't really fastened to the handle for the kite, so it can easily fly away once you go through all the string. I wish it were well tied to the handle piece.

The kites were a little rough to put together, but once assembled they seemed like good quality. Unfortunately, before I got to fly the kite I realized both my hands were in immense pain. It felt like I had a million splinters yet I couldn’t see anything. So I looked up the reviews and one other person had mentioned fiberglass splinters. That’s when I realized that’s what I had… Somebody didn’t clean those fiberglass rods properly before packing them! As a result, I had to suffer 2 hellish weeks of not being able to use my hands for anything because any pressure on my hands will push the glass shards deeper into my skin. Now I’m scarred for life and don’t know if I can trust buying kites (or anything fiberglass) on Amazon ever again.

The media could not be loaded. These were perfect for our beach day. They assemble and disassemble quite quickly with no tools or glue required. When disassembled, they travel well in the included pouches. They are bigger than I expected. Two kites for $16.97? I expected them to be much smaller! I would absolutely buy these again. Word of caution: the string is not tied to the handle/grip so it you let it unravel all the way, the kite will fly away from you.

These kites were a little tricky to assemble and once we got them together there were more problems. The red kite flew fine but the blue one did not stay up in the air. After a few tries one of the pole broke. We have a return pending so im hoping it was just one defective piece and not a problem with the quality. Over id say the kites were better than walmart or cheap option, could have been better though.

The media could not be loaded. These kites are perfect for any age. My 4 year old to my 14 year old all loved flying them. They even got tangled up together at one point and were so easy to untangle. They were so durable and can withstand the strong beach winds.
