The printed instructions were quite lacking. I thought the top of the egg must come off but I couldn't get it to come off for some reason. But we had a friend who had used one before and she showed us how it works. Ends up it works great! Couldn't beat the price!

This is a wonderful product. But, I have to say, that I was a bit of a dim whit. I could not figure out why it produced light but was not shining onto the ceiling. It turns out that the lid is removable and is not fixed onto the top. Just turn it upside down and it will fall off. After I took it off it outshone my expectations. It is beautiful. My grandchild enjoys watching the ceiling lights and listening to the bull frogs. Thank you for this exceptional product, it is well worth the price!

I love this product. The light patters and the fact that you can change the color of the lights is amazing I also love the remote and the base for it to sit on. The size of it is perfect, not to big or to small. It has a speaker on it that you can either play calming noises or, you can bluetooth your phone to it which makes it even more fun and enjoyable. Overall the quality of this is amazing and I would recommend to anyone. if

I had a light just like this light and used for a mood light in my living room to just stay on while I cook or watch movies. When it broke I got this one to replace it as it seemed to have identical lights and green laser for the stars.Three major big key differences and big issues:1. The entire light is on the same remote frequency as an Amazon fire stick which means every time I went to change the volume on my remote the light would change to something different. Really annoying.2. The old light would have a movement to it at all times, while this one moves in one direction, then stops completely and then reverses which was also oddly annoying to keep seeing it stop.3. Unlike my old light, here you can’t click on a color then add another color to it. You have to cycle thru the mix button instead to get to the right light combo you want. If you could just click on red and add green to it, it would be fine.Other than that, it’s a nice light, I don’t mind the weird dinosaur egg design.Fix those user experience issues and I’ll give you 5 stars.
