High hopes disappointed
I had high hopes, from the reviews and claims on the bottle, for this cleaner to remove rust stains on our terrace tiles. Despite repeated applications it has had no noticeable effect. A waste of money for rust stain removal.

Doesn’t work
I bought this as I liked the spray option. The sprayer never worked and the product didn’t remove the calcium stains

Wrong Amazon image, but a good product
At first I thought I was buying LA's Totally Awesome All Purpose Cleaner: the clear bottle, yellow liquid degreaser ... as the picture and name indicated. But I missed the tiny "CLR" at the end of the name ("Calcium-Lime-Rust", I figured). The product image is wrong (as of this writing), and needs updating. The product description should be much clearer too. Instead of the hassle of returning it, I began using it around the house, it works great, and I'm keeping it. Serendipity.
