Makes alternating heating and icing therapy (3 rounds of 15 minutes each) MUCH easier, definitely recommend. The ice pack has multiple chambers but they're still interconnected so the slushy gel (when frozen) can move with your body as needed, so great even when lying down. The heating pad is thin but effective with the brace, provides ample heat, and is super easy to use with a little controller. Just slide the ice pack out of the mesh pocket and put in the freezer, then slide the heating pad in the mesh pouch, push the power cord through the built in little hole in the brace and connect to the power source. Super easy! I had sprained vertebrae in my lower back areas after shoveling heavy snow slush and literally could not move without pain. But after a few chiropractor visits and the dedicated use of this product, was able to turn things around fairly quickly. Little pricey, but if it lasts the convenience is worth every penny so you stick to the heating/icing therapy to drive healing. I'll buy this same brand if I every need supports for other body parts as I age and breakdown! HA!

Worked great. Took it along on a long road trip. It was perfect for the occasional back ache that comes and goes as I travel. I just plugged it into my car and could have it radiate heat as I drove. (have to buy the converter) I also like the fact that at home, I can unplug it and go upstairs or do something and while its wrapped, I'm still getting the benefits of the heat. A great support for lower back.

First of all, Thermetic has the BEST customer service. Alex worked very hard to meet my needs as a customer. My husband had a triple fusio nd this belt was a life saver. Well worth the price. Heating and icing is the key to keep him comfortable. This belt is a MUST HAVE for anyone after spinal surgery or lower back pain. It fits like a charm!

I love this brace. It's so comfortable and thin enough that I can wear it to work under a light shirt and the profile is barely noticeable. The ice pounce is positioned well and the heat is nice when you're able to sit long enough to stay plugged in. It has helped me during lower back muscle spasms brought on by neck surgery (fusion.) I'll be adding more of their wraps to my collection.

This thing is great, I even used it as an ice pack on my back when I was outside in 95 degree heat doing yard work just so I could stay cooler!
