It is a wonderful product specially for multiple cat households with multiple litter trays. The triple tray arrangement with sieve tray is so convenient that saves my time. Moreover this prevents breaking of urine lumps and mixing with good litter sand. Thus despite being pricey it will be economical in the long run as it will keep your litter sand clean n long lasting. The plastic quality is very good.

The media could not be loaded. Pros - Had it about a week. Sturdy, very easy to clean. Seems durable. And they gave an extra pair of side clasps. I've seen reviews where people mentioned their clasps broke so I'm grateful. However, even without the clasps I think I could still use it without the rim.Cons - the manual isn't clear. I thought I had been given defective clasps. It took us 20+mins to realise how to fix them on. (I'm not very handy.. Lol)Edited March 2024 - I've just bought this product for the third time. (2nd was for a relative). It's great having two of these at home... Easiest of all our litter boxes to clean. Wish it came in a bigger size cos our biggest cat would prefer it bigger...Made a video when the latest one got here since I saw a few others are having problems with the clasp too. Hope it helps someone.

Received a broken product initially. Amazon sent a fresh piece thankfully. Kudos to Amazon customer service.About the product - the sifter tray's holes are too big to catch smaller clumps. My cat had diarrhoea due to some antibiotics and it was a nightmare getting all the small bits of poop out of the litter. Also, we had 4 kittens, whose poop just straight out fell out of the sifter entirely! It was useless for that purpose. Great idea, but flawed execution. Would work better with smaller holes in the sifter tray. Next we're trying to get some sort of mesh that we can tape to the sifter tray, to make the holes smaller. Haven't been able to find a correct sized mesh at any hardware store yet.

This Litterbox might be expensive, but eliminates the need for scooping completely. The product has 4 layers1. Base Litter Tray (Blue)2. Filter Tray (White)3. Top Litter Tray (Blue)4. Rim with Clips (Blue)The two Litter Trays are interchangeable. When you have to clean the litter, just release the clamps, lift the top litter tray (say blue) and dump carefully the whole litter to the next layer down - the filter tray. Then lift the filter tray to isolate the clumps and dispose them. Loose Litter will fall through onto the Base Litter Tray (Black). Now place the filter tray on top of the recently emptied litter tray (blue) .On top of this, place the recently full litter tray (black). Replace the Rim and clamp it and you are done!The Rim is high enough to prevent 80% of spillage from digging vs flat tray. Also the coating material is almost non-sticky and litter doesnt get stuck if you are using a good quality with sufficient quantity.Thinking of buying one more now !
