Best portable charger. Heavy, but has the wires in it and is reliable for a long day out of the office

cannot recharge it
i tried everything and every charger that i have at home to recharge this... from outloets, from 63W, 40W, 20W... new, old, computers, mac, pc's... all kind of cables.... using the built in USBC.... no... nothing works.. this thing just does not recharge!am gutted
