Bought this to replace my 7yr old failing core i3 pc. I needed something at a reasonable price that could handle editing videos with BMD's DaVinci Resolve software. I've never really considered a shared graphics setup before, but even the most basic spec pc with a suitable graphics card was well out of my budget. I did a bit of research on the Ryzen 7 5700G and it does have very favourable reviews and a great spec. As I was in a rush, having spent a month trying to fix my old system I decided to take the plunge. It is a basic machine, no dvd drive or card reader and only 8GB RAM but its perfect for me. At this price you get a fantasticly quick desktop with hdmi and vga outputs, and an ssd drive. It boots up in no time, unlike my old system.I use the free version of Resolve and this works great on hd video files, basic colour grading and effects, I have yet to try 4k editing but will amend my review once I have.This is a great base machine for the money and I'll be expanding it with more memory, another drive and probably a graphics card once prices become more reasonable.I don't game on PCs, but it looks like after a quick test that it can handle 3d graphics easily after playing about with Blender and Unity.If like me you are very restricted on how much you can spend, then I'd wholly recommend the Lenovo, it's gives you a very capable base on which to build.

I wanted a desktop for my new garden office. I have space for a computer that will accomodate the peripherals without the array of USB hubs, adapters and attendent spaghetti wiring. It also gives scope to add cards to accomodate enhanced graphics or other future needs. The ability to install Windows 11 on the way to startup also solves future compatability worries. Thankfully limited amount of pre-installed sample software that just adds complexity to installing what I actually want. This computer starts very quickly and runs quietly. As long as it is reliable, I won't have a single complaint.

This product looks good on paper but had to return it as both the SD card reader and DVD drive were missing. After 3 weeks still waiting for a refund from Amazon. The added keyboard and mouse were good quality and very useful as this was to be used as a laptop replacement
