First, this is a plastic construction with a lot of pieces to put together. If your purchase is for a surprise, I suggest putting it together first as it will take a little time.PROBLEM: I could not get the slide to stay in place. Even with gentle play, the stairs and some furniture pieces constantly fell apart. If you move it slightly, the walls or pillars may separate. SOLUTION: Hot glue the entire structure. Once I glued everything, it was sturdy enough to move, when needed.This is a beautiful and roomy dollhouse that provides an engaging activity. The two dolls, two dogs and furniture itself make it a fun time for a 3 year old. Because it's roomy, it creates a great opportunity to build more play time by adding other dolls, pets and furniture (as you will see in my photos). Creates a great sharing experience with visiting playmates.The little pool did not leak when filled with a cup of water. Included additional fencing provides a way to create a yard in the front. Yard and pool furniture is included with the house furniture.The three lights, one for each canopy take 3 LR44 batteries each (9 in total). The included batteries lasted a good week so have more batteries handy (as my 3 year old often left the lights on all night).I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend this item (with glue).

this product is absolutely horrible and falls under the category of being A HUGE WASTE OF MONEY. It was missing all 6 of the floor connectors, has various broken pieces, and doesn’t assemble very well (loose fitting pieces that doesn’t stay together without using some sort of bonding adhesive) This was also a Christmas gift from Santa to one of our little girls, and now she’s wondering why Santa delivered her a bad doll house. the only reason I’m giving it 1star is because I don’t have to option to give it zero.

It needs to stay in one place, even if you try to move it a couple feet from where you built it, it will fall apart. Almost want to gorilla glue it together. The slide also does not stay in place. My daughter keeps running to me asking if I can fix the slide. I gave it a 4 because of her, she still likes it. But I’m definitely getting her one with better quality.

This house isn't great quality. It is not for barbie. the stairs dont stay on. Jus not happy with it for 90 bucks!
