Easy add-on
Adding the LRAP was very easy. Plug it in, go to the console, it had discovered it already, adopt it, it updated the firmware, rebooted, and it was running with the correct SSIDs.

The product was "dead on arrival"
My problem explained below is with the seller, NOT with Amazon.First and foremost, let me say that I've installed 6 identical UniFis in a mesh at home and another half a dozen at our business sites. This Unifi did NOT power up, although its power supply was working. We sent the dead UniFi back the day after we received and tested it; that was Sept 1st and, of course, we requested a refund we would eventually use to buy another one.So far as good.But not so good. To our surprise, we were immediately charged for a product that turned out to be faulty. And now, we must wait 30 days for the seller to release the hostage funds.WHY should I trust the seller to send me a working product when they charge my credit card in a heartbeat, but they don't trust me when I tell them their product doesn't work and they are allowed to hold the funds for 30 days ?

Used and abused
Ordered it new, but when I received the product, it was used wrapped in plastic wrap. It has a few scretch on it. After I had everything hooked up, there was no power detected. What a joke.
