Package came with a broken globe and zero instructions. I didn’t realize it until the light rod was installed. Continued to put up thinking we could get a replacement. I reconfigured the chains so many times and there is no way the 19 ball light fixture will look good. No matter how high you adjust the chains they do not cover the light bulbs. I was very unimpressed by the quality for the price point so I am returning this. I also had to find the globe assembly instructions from Wayfair. Used this chandelier in a children's ministry office. it is such an awesome chandelier! it adds whimsy and warmth. saw other lights like it for tons more online.it did take a while to arrive and the light bulbs that were included were really blue looking so I ordered new ones. there are no clear instructions included so you need to have patience when assembling it but its totally worth it!

Ordered two of these and didn't have all of the parts we needed so we ordered a replacement. The first two came in pieces without instructions, the third one came in assembled (except for the glass globes) but was a completely different size. I mixed and match and used context clues to put it together but it took me (a designer) and my husband (a mechanical engineer) to put it together to make it work. We still haven't put them up but I wouldn't recommend these to anyone that hasn't put together a million of these chandeliers before - pretty complicated. Recommendation for the manufacturer - 1) tape the top and bottom styrofoam pieces before packaging so the glass globes don't fall out when someone opens the box 2) put the middle piece together for the consumer so that all the consumer has to do is attach the glass globes.

I was so exited about this light fixture! I wanted it for my entryway. I did research and landed on this one because it said it will work for slanted ceilings. Well let me tell you that’s a lie.We hired an electrician to put it in and he had to rewrite it so it could hang on a chain and work for my ceiling. It also took him several hours to try and figure out how to put the dang thing together because as everyone has started it doesn’t come with instructions. I like the way it looks just fine. But I’d like it better if it looked like the actual photo on the listing.

need help please with replacement of balls that came broken as well there were not enough gold chains. please contact thank you

This was very hard to install. The chains are all the same length, so you have to stagger the clips on the ends to create the effect you want. The light did not come with instructions at all, so you will have to wing it. Someone posted the directions in their review and I used that as a guide. It is very time consuming to put up. Bur overall it is a nice light.

You see the size of this? 10 times smaller than ever expected. If you want a miniature ball hanging from your ceiling then go for it.And don’t even get me started on the packaging, such a mess with all the styrofoam.

We had no instructions, but I'm not going to cry about it. It was easy to figure out--(husband is an engineer)--glad some of the other reviews gave us a hint, though.Nothing damaged in shipping. Mounting hardware was flimsy, we used leftover mounting hardware from another chandelier.Globe pattern does not have the curve that is show in the listing photo but it still looks great. I think you could criss-cross the strings and get that affect but we didn't want to mess with it.Wear plastic gloves while handling the globes to avoid finger print marks.Overall we are pleased--this is for the larger size. I think the chandelier would be nicely balanced with one of those decorative ceiling mount collars, but we're too late for that.Used 25 watt regular bulbs.Update: added the ceiling medallion which we got here on AMZ & chandelier looks more balanced.
