This little appliance does actually what it advertises for more fluffy scrambled eggs.

I could not do without my "up and down" whisk. Perfect for eggs - in fact much much better than a regular whisk. I could not live without this item.

I use this to stir cream canned soups. It is excellent for removing lumps.

My old balloon whisk finally lost enough chrome (after decades) that it needed replacement. This one works perfectly, is easy to hold & clean. Recommended.

does the job. everyones complaining about rust etc. Dont be lazy wash it by hand, let it dry updide down in your drip tray. that easy.

as good as any for general whisking ingredients, but crushes all others with it's ability to flatten against the bottom of a pan or other container to ensure no lumps remain

I really like this whisk. But be careful when cleaning it. I pushed down too hard on the bottom of the sink to whisk the debris out and the spring tangled. It was like a tangled slinky that didn't workBut with determination and a pair of needle nose pliers, I was able to fix it. I recommend this whisk. But am educated now, of knowing how to clean it.

I hoped this would have a slightly longer handle & that the flat bottom whisk would be more substantial.
