I adore these !! Make a HUGE difference to my skin and nails.
Very effective products and I am so happy that I found them and tried them. I had tried a skin anti aging supplement years ago and was delighted with the results then. After my skin falling into a bit of a rut as a result of stress and a diet that could use improvement I decided to try a supplement again And I am so glad I did. They don’t work overnight but after a few weeks of being committed to the morning and night tablet that start to show visible signs on your skin. It is a subtle change to begin with but after a while you have a better blow to your skin that just looks youthful and more vibrant than before. Great if you feel a little flat and dull in your skin.

Good reliable brand, solid ingredient list
This isn't an easy product to review as the sample of 15 days is too short for me to really say how effective it's been but Healthspan are a really reliable brand and very well known to me indeed as my mum buys all her supplements from them (for an arthritic poodle as well). The ingredients provide soy isoflavones which are thought to help suppport oestrogen, borage and vitamin E are good for the skin, hyaluronic acid and the omega fatty acids are the same so there's every reason to believe that over a long enough period of time, these may help support the aging process. One thing I must address is that other reviewers have said that it isn't clear which dose is for day and which for night, on the back of the box it states day tablet and night capsule so to me it's fairly clear which is which. This product is really worth placing some faith in and the fact that Healthspan are a really reputable brand.

Worth it
I really like these. There are two daily supplements to take, a tablet for day and a capsule for night. Both are easy to take with no after taste. Between the two they support skincare in replacing the levels that your body reduce producing when you hit menopause, giving acid, soy and vitamin C to boost collagen and omega 3 plus vitamin E. They’re vegan friendly. The pack is a 15 day supply which I feel is a bit strange as a 30 day would make more sense. I’ve only been taking them for a week and can’t say I can see a difference but then I’d be surprised if I could after such a short time but I would continue to take them as think being nutritionist approved, think at my age they’re a good idea.

15 day vitamin support
Pack of tablets for a 15 day supply to be taken at day and night. These work well as a starting boost for hormonal changes. With the plant oestrogens in the day supplements there is added Vitamin C and hyaluronic acid to help boost collagen production. The night capsules contain essential Omega 3 fatty acids from echium oil and starflower.

15 day supply is a rather strange amount!
15 days, why would you do a supply for just 15 days? this is something you need to be taking long term for the effects to become more obvious so to supply a box of 15 I find rather strange. Also it goes on about supplying a day and a night tablet and they are clearly 2 very different tablets as one is cream and one is black, but nowhere on the box or blister packets does it tell you what one is day and night!!!!! now my common sense says the black one is the night tablet since night is dark? but this really should be indicated somewhere on the product box or blister pack that you have in front of you when you're taking them! Having said that the box only makes reference to taking 1 in the morning and 1 at night on the side of the box and it shows a photo of the black tablet above the cream tablet which indicates it the wrong way round! even more confusing! have just looked it up in the advert and can see its listed on there as black for night and cream for day, what good is that when your at home and want to take the tablets and you have to log onto the internet to find out what tablets what!.These tablets seem to lack professionalism, if they have been making tablets since 1996 then why are they producing products lacking important information and selling doses of 15 days!In the two weeks I took them I cannot say I felt any difference to my skin I am 44 and feel like I am in perimenopause for the past 2 years, my skin is noticeably drier and lacking its elasticity it had a few years ago

Easy to take - no obvious benefits yet
There are many possible symptoms of menopause, so I had hoped from the name this might target mood, or even hot flushes, but it's described specifically as a skin complex. But even to address only skin would be a win in my book, as I've definitely noticed a decline since menopause. The supplements come as one set of straw-coloured tablets for daytime and one set of black capsules for night. It's one a day of each. I was surprised to find the individual blister packs don't identify which is which, and it's only mentioned in tiny writing on the outside, but just remember light for day and dark for night. Both kinds are to be taken with water. There is no stipulation as to timing in relation to meals, so I assume this doesn't matter. For me, the supplements have little discernible smell or taste - certainly nothing off-putting. They are small enough that I have no trouble swallowing them, however, I can't rule out that they might pose a challenge for some who struggle with tablets.Unfortunately, I can't say I've noticed any improvement to my skin or anything else yet, so am only awarding four stars. Based on the reputation of the manufacturer, I do believe they are a safe and authentic product whose ingredients might prove helpful for some people. I'm four or five years post-menopause, so might have left it a bit late to try anything.
