Don’t waste your money, Tastes REALLY bad & DOESN’T work or do anything.
This review is for the “Primaforce D-Aspartic Acid 300 Grams (100 Servings), Unflavored, Vegetarian, Non-GMO” which had a price of $18.99 at the time of this review. When mixed in water this stuff tastes so awfully bad that it made me gag which makes it very hard to drink this stuff at all without adding a TON of other flavoring to it. The taste of this stuff is acidic and is kind of like drinking straight pickle brine/juice right out of the jar. So if you want to take this stuff you definitely want to add this junk to something with a much stronger flavor to it to attempt to counteract this products nasty taste.I don’t usually drink sugary drinks but I had to add 2 whole scoops of a powdered lemonade mix just to get this stuff down the first time. I tried it with a sport drink mix, and it was the same story of adding 2 to 3 times the normal amounts of some other flavoring just to barely hide the taste of this stuff. To make matters worse, I am NOT getting any kind of energy boost, or the “pumped” vaso-effects that I often get from similarly based supplement product. SO not only does this stuff taste god awful but this supplement doesn’t seem to do anything or even work at all in any way what so ever.As with most supplements, it can be difficult to notice any true benefits from taking most supplement products in the short term and it usually comes down to weighing the potential benefits of a supplement product over the physical attributes of the supplement, like its taste.Even if I could forget this products noxious taste, this product still doesn’t appear to do anything at all. That being said, everyone should probably avoid this product like the plague because it is just that nasty and bad.1 star: I don’t think that I would even give this stuff to my worst enemy.Just avoid this “Primaforce D-Aspartic Acid 300 Grams (100 Servings), Unflavored, Vegetarian, Non-GMO” supplement and don’t waste your money.Note: Vine reviewed products are NOT free products as the full retail value of each product is charged to the reviewer as a monetary income as if Amazon paid a reviewer the dollar amount of the full retail value no matter if said value is higher or lower than that the product’s actual selling price.

Vitality Is Important - For Both Athletes And Seniors
D-Aspartic acid is an essential amino acid that is produced internally, and can also be found in fruits like avocado, and vegetables like asparagus. The amount produced by the body is minimal, and so many athletes and bodybuilders have incorporated D-aspartic acid into their workout regimens. As D-aspartic acid's functions in the body include the muscles and endocrine system, it would follow that it could enhance performance and help build muscle mass. Is it essential for you to supplement your diet with it? It all depends. Since D-aspartic acid levels likely decline with age, I think a practical application for seniors like me is to incorporate it sporadically, for increased strength and vitality. My suggestion: take about a tablespoon once a week, mixed into your favorite juice. Since it has an unflavored profile, it should generally mix well with all juices. You might also want to use a blender, whether you add it to your smoothie, or just to combine it better with whatever juice you choose.

Unflavored? Not so much
I dabbed it on a finger, and it's super tangy, so this would be great in a fruit smoothie. You should get it for all the health benefits, but it's also just a good additive for your smoothies in terms of flavor.

Acid
D-Aspartic Acid is an amino acid, amino acids are the building blocks of protein. Working with other acids in your brain – ultimately stimulating growth of hormones including testosterone. That’s all theoretical and under curtain circumstances. That’s how it’s supposed to work. I chose to take this to try it out, I am really focused in the gym right now and any “edge” I can get- I like to take advantage of, if I can. I have been taking this now for just over a week (I am doing a 12-day cycle for this supplement – please research for yourself before use), no negative side effects. Also, not noticeable improvement in anything either. I am taking this in conjunction with a few other things – my performance has improved significantly – but, I cannot say that this is the reason. It’s worth a try. Came clean, sealed, safe – no issues.

It's fine but I didn't notice a big difference in workouts with D-Aspartic Acid
I'll be honest, I'm open to trying just about anything on the market to increase workout performance in a natural way. Unfortunately, D-Aspartic acid did very little for me. And, I'm not alone -- other studies have suggested that neither 3g nor 6g doses had any real effect on men, either in terms of increased strength, muscle mass, or testosterone levels. My experience more or less confirms with these findings. The package itself is clean and sealed, and clearly labeled. The product itself is a bit strong so mix with a preworkout or something of that nature. Otherwise, give it a shot, perhaps it will do better for you than it did for me!
