It’s not the same Cocoa Pebbles I used to have years ago….😢
I admit.. I don’t eat Cocoa Pebbles very often because of its high sugar content and also because it’s hard to stop eating it until I run out. It was a treat for me to have maybe once or twice a year. I haven’t had any CP for 10 years because the stores I shop at don’t carry it. (Which is why I ordered it from Amazon) I was so looking forward to having a crispy, satisfying bowl of chocolatey goodness, but alas it was not to be. I guess they lowered the sugar content a few years ago. I completely understand their decision to do so but since I was eating it as a dessert and not a breakfast food, I was perfectly happy with it the way it was.. lol..I finally gave in and added some sugar and lo! It was back to being the chocolatey amazingness I was so fond of. It’ll be a while before I order it, but I just wanted to give everyone a heads up that hasn’t had it in a while. It’s still really good and if you thought it was too sugary before then this new version will be perfect for you! The price was decent, about $4 for a large box.
