I’ve scoured the internet for deodorant without plastic, sodium hydroxide, arrowroot powder, and baking soda - this is the best I’ve tried. This feels fantastic on the skin under your armpits and smells awesome, too. It is lasting a long time too. Don’t listen to the reviews about the cardboard. The cardboard applicator works very well! It’s damn expensive, but the best I’ve found easily!

That’s what you need to know. Beyond the softness issues it works wonders! Surprisingly, it is also good for controlling foot odour.I thought the company was focusing on anti-plastic as well but it seems they only offer these smaller tubes in paper. I ordered the larger size and that came in a plastic container. That’s the one I use for my feet.So, I am torn. Do I buy more of these or try and find a company that makes a similar product but is trying harder to be more “bio-conscientious?”

I’m pleasantly surprised with this. Sad that it is as pricey as it is but it actually works, it doesn’t irritate the skin and smells fantastic without being overly scented or having synthetic fragrance.I like that it is plastic free though the paper tube packaging is slightly cumbersome, I have yet to see a plastic free option that isn’t like this or doesn’t require you to apply it with your fingers or some other device. Being a lady who is detoxing (therefore pretty stinky B.O. wise) and possessing sensitive skin this is a great find. Now if it could just be less expensive and maybe iron out the packaging difficulties it would be perfect.

I have tried so many natural deodorants and they either gave me a rash, felt really sticky, or didn’t last. This has none of those problems. It has light scent, a firm texture, and great deodorizing power. I’ve had no rashes as well. The paper container is also holding up well. I’ve had other paper containers that start to fall apart before I even finish the tube but this one is great.

I was really hoping this deodorant would last a whole day...but it just doesn't. I used to use Lume with great success...but lately I've been having breakthrough BO with it as well. Overall, I'd say this deodorant smells good (sandalwood), is non-irritating, and works moderately well. The cardboard packaging is a little funky to deal with.UPDATE:After using for about a week or two, my arm pits broke out in a painful rash. Very disappointed.

This is definitely one of my favorite deodorants.Love the sandalwood scent. Just has become expensive since the first few time I bought it. Works well, smells good, and does not irritate my skin. The durability towards the end of use can be annoying but it makes sense. Its a block of deodorant. Overall it gets the job done well.

loved the fully recyclable paper tube. really easy to use. most importantly this product smells great and actually works! other, harsher deodorants have left me smelling musty and itchy by the end of the day, but not this product. i am not the kind of person that writes testimonials, but this is a great product if you’re not into wearing a bunch of chemicals (only 4 natural ingredients) care about your health and the health of the planet.
