I use this as a night cream on my face. It seems to smooth my skin without unwanted side effects. My skin is sensitive and reacts to all kinds of stuff. This product has some retinol but also other ingredients that work like retinol but which are less irritating. I also like that it's unscented. I compared the prices at several stores including other prices on Amazon, and this was the best price I found.
