Excellent coffee
We love how easy it is to brew this coffee at home, at the office or traveling. We enjoy it frequently instead of purchasing from a coffee shop. Coffee is high quality and the cream is quality and cream is quality simple ingredients.

Fun process; too sweet and not very creamy
So, I'd seen the Copper Cow advertisements all over the internet and watched the brewing process in short video clips several times before this became available to me via Amazon. I was intrigued and excited to try it myself.I typically brew my own coffee using a sort of modified pour-over technique (a mesh tea basket over a mug, but filled with coffee), so this process isn't too different from my usual method. There's a packet with a special filter pouch full of coffee grounds. It has space-aged looking cardboard arms that fold over the sides of the cup and hold it in place. These worked really well on my small mug ... until they got soggy from the water, and then they started collapsing inwards. The good news is, the cardboard arms also double as handles that you can hold like a purse handle and pull the filter out of your mug when you're done.Anyway, am I rambling? Sorry. Make sure you open up the top of the filter before pouring your hot water over it. I let mine soak a bit in the cup to be sure the coffee was strong enough. The second step is to pour the creamer packet into the hot coffee and stir. It's just sweetened condensed milk. It takes a couple minutes to really stir it in thoroughly. My take on the TASTE of this coffee is that it's too sweet for me and not creamy enough. I should be clear that I usually only add about 1/2 tsp sugar to my coffee, whereas each serving of this has 17 grams of sugar (about 4 teaspoons), so if you're used to adding flavored creamers or lots of sugar to your coffee, this may taste normal to you. Also, my assessment of the coffee taste/flavor is that it tasted a bit flat/stale, just not an especially delicious or rich coffee taste. I am by no means a coffee expert, however. The process of making the coffee is fun and novel, and the set is well-packaged and well-presented, with clear instructions and easy-to-use packets. At the current price of $23 for 8 servings, it's a bit too pricey for daily use, but would make a fun gift or special occasion experience.

The quality of packaging and taste is very good; the Vietnamese style with condensed milk creamer is unique.Pricing is a bit higher than other brands.

Unsafe
I burnt myself every single time, no matter how I positioned the coffee bag. There’s no way to pour hot water over it into a cup without it splashing up onto your hand (and counter).Coffee is good but have it at your peril.

Delicious!
I first encountered this coffee on vacation at Dr. Willkenson's in Calistoga, CA. They supplied these free with your room. I was impressed by the quality and flavor. Usually, the coffee provided in hotel rooms is awful but this was so amazing that I purchased it on Amazon before I even returned home...it's that good. I wish you got more product for the price but the small quantity is not going to stop me from continuing to purchase this delicious coffee.
