Taking these whilst breastfeeding to protect my bones. Love the taste. Not chalky at all. 2 gummies is only half of your daily calcium but it’s a start. The only downside is the price.

Calcium gummies were recommended to me by a rheumatologist because I am unable to take prescribed calcium tablets as they upset my stomach. These gummies are palatable and cause no upset stomach. My calcium levels remain to be seen but time will tell.
