Worked very well as a replacement for a broken handle. The handle functioned perfectly months until the flush mechanism broke, was replaced and for some reason, this handle was removed and replaced with a cheaper one that has recently broken. I'm going to have to repurchase this handle again as it was sturdy and first class for the job.Highly recommended.

Standard fixture for cistern. Just what I needed.

Despite being described as universal it does not fit all Universal Standard cisterns. The 3/8" nominal size (about 10mm) is its internal diameter: the O/D of the plastic sleeve is 19mm, not the 16.5mm one might expect as British standard for 3/8" pipe. It fits cistern holes of 19-20mm, which probably means it works with many Ideal Standard cisterns but it does not fit Ideal Standard cisterns with 17.5mm holes. Also not impressed by the build quality - probably sturdy but not smooth turning,

Really poor quality product. The threads on the handle and the nut that hold it to the cistern are far too loose of a fit and because of that it constantly becomes loose and wont flush the toilet.Replaced with a better quality unit and now working perfectly.

Bought this after reading reviews as the Syphon Actuator Arm had broken on my Selles toilet due to becoming weak with old age. I was just going to buy the plastic arm itself, but was advised to buy the whole unit, as the arm would be guaranteed to fit the handle spindle, which it does perfectly.Handle looks to be an almost exact match to the French original.Unfortunately, the tanks on Selles toilets are quite small and compact due to their aesthetics, and the arm kept catching on the front of the tank. Luckily, the arm has several different holes, and I could fit the syphon bar through a higher one after sawing-off the very end one.Toilet is flushing perfectly now, but item was not easy to fit and had to be modified. However, I suspect it would be easier to fit to a more normal toilet!

Fitted my cistern fine. Just standard size. Very easy to fit. Just one Phillips type screw. Used the angled square hole (I find the lever easier to use at a 45° angle because of arthritis). Good quality, nothing fancy just exactly what is required for the job and very cheap.

Excellent product keep it up. But the delivery I don't know how you can inform them was horribleThese parcels were dumped in some entrance which is not where the recepients live. The story is on Facebook right now
