Works well, but did require PoE+ to operate.
Installed at 96 m point. Feeding Ubiquity AP 50 m further. Working good so far. The AP is working well out to over 500 ft. We'll see how well it holds up to the weather.

The best bang for your price. works like a champ
Wow I have to say I'm very impressed with this little unit, from our telecom rack/poe switch I have QTY: 1 168FT cat-6 cable going to this little bad boy and using it for QTY: 3 4K cameras and POE as well and it works like a champ no delay what so ever. Next week I'm going to start stocking these little bad boys much cheaper thank Unifi and or Ruckus, Cisco and or Juniper switches/uplinks, etc..! I would give this little bad boy 40 Stars. Trust me and for a little + it also comes with a Ground Lug. :)

Works with caveats
I currently have three of these deployed. I had a forth but it died after a few weeks (unlucky, perhaps). Two are in very cold locations (hits -30 °F regularly) and one is in a more mild climate. The sliding cover is very difficult to put in place if using CAT6A and has been a source of frustration. However, the remaining three devices are doing their thing and are not too huge or obtrusive. I do wonder how long they'll last though since my forth device died after only a few weeks. One thing to keep in mind is these PoE extenders cannot simultaneously power devices that have different PoE requirements. I'm not a network engineer so maybe this is networking 101 but I had to learn by experience. For example, you can't mix 802.3af Supported Passive Power over Ethernet (48V) and 802.3af PoE mode A. I was trying to power a Ubiquiti G4 Pro camera and a Ubiquiti Building-to-Building Bridge and neither would work when both were plugged in. However, both worked if the other was unplugged which is how I diagnosed the issue. As long as all your devices need the same type of PoE these devices should work. Two of these devices are powering multiple Ubiquiti G4 Pro cameras and have been solid to date.I purchased these because the Ubiquiti Switch Flex was out of stock for ~2+ years during covid so I had to find an alternative solution. However, now that the Switch Flex is back in stock I'm planning to switch these over since the Switch Flex plays nicer in the UI ecosystem.

cheapest one and works perfect
I bought it one month ago, and I so worried about the quality because this is a cheapest POE extender on Amazon. When I got it, I made connection, unfortunately, it didn't work. I thought that's a fake. Actually, "in" and "out" were put in the wrong order, after switched the position, it works perfect so far. Recommend!

3 weeks now, perfect.
I bought this and a 60 watt injector and it runs and PTZ cam, a bullet cam, and a 10 watt IR emitter at the end of a 180 foot run without issue. WAY better than having to run more cables.

Please be advised.
Easy to install. Stayed in a climate controlled NEMA Rack and it just died. The rack stayed at a constant 70 degrees. Not worth the money. Spend a little more to get a better quality product.
