Wow, thank you Nature's Way! I am glad that I read reviews in regards to "if the product works" as opposed to complaints about shipping and customer service from Amazon. I hope people pick put the appropriate comments when they review a product. I am lactose intolerant and I have tried a myriad of different brands (Vitamin Shoppe) (Lactaid) just to name a few and by far, this Lactase Enzyme actually works. I have tried other brands, have taken more than 1 and suffered from pain in my stomach because it simply didn't work. Case in point, I had Buffalo Mac & cheese last night (rich, right?) and because its rich I took 3, and I had ZERO issues. I hope you all enjoy this enzyme as it truly works for me.

this product has helped my digestion of yogurt. yogurt was traditionally made from raw milk which naturally contains the enzymes necessary to digest it. but now we have to eat pasteurized milk and so many people are unable to digest it as needed. I am happy to say this has worked for me! when i remember to take it! if i don't i get b.o from eating yogurt. what does that indicate? that i am not metabolizing it and it becomes a toxin to my system, imo.

Works as advertised! I'm taking only one pill, not the 3 capsules listed in directions, and have complete lactose protection with no negative symptoms. Very pleased and happy not to have all those terrible binders and fillers going in my body every time I pop a pill!

These lactase pills really work. I've been happily enjoying hot fudge sundaes, pizzas, Pasta Alfredo and other dairy extravaganzas with no feelings of discomfort. I do have one concern, and hopefully it's rare. A new bottle is advertised to contain a hundred lactase pills. I counted the pills in my newest bottle, and it contained 94. I hope that this was an honest mistake on the part of the manufacturer, and not an ongoing problem.

These capsules contain 10,350 FCC lactase units per 3 capsules versus Lactaid's 9000 FCC lactase units per 3 tablets. They are a little more expensive but very easy to swallow (not chewable - they are capsules not tablets). If you take the same amount of these as you would take of Lactaid then you will get more protection from lactose in your system with these. Personally I find them worth it. The price seems to have gone up since I last bought these so you'd have to try these and see if they work for you.

I cannot believe how this product changed my life. I had tried Lactaid in the past, and it didn’t work. Now, I take three capsules, and I can actually have some cheese on my pizza! It’s amazing!

I bought these for my sister. Taking just one capsule works very well for her, but she said she needs to wait about half an hour for it to be fully effective. If you are someone who eats at regular meal times, I'm sure this aspect wouldn't be of much trouble. Otherwise this is convenient and of a good value.

I had lactose intolerance bad, until I flooded my system with 5 capsules for several month. I got that enzyme built back up in my gut and now I can eat most dairy at restaurants, just eat right at home and take 2 a day after you have it under control. Best Lactase formula I have found at the biggest dose.
