This is not an emerald, I rate it 2 because it should say imitation and not send a certification card that is not true. However, it is very well made and the model is very nice and I will keep it; I would like them to omit that card and say imitation. In addition to all this, and having checked it with an emerald dealer since I am Colombian, it comes in a transparent bag sealed in any way and put in the envelope; for the money they charge they could at least pack it in a box.The stone is also scratched so I will order another one to see what is going on.Esto no es una esmeralda, le califico 2 porque debería de decir imitación y no enviar una tarjeta de certificación que no es veraz. No obstante está muy bien hecha y el modelo es muy lindo y me quedaré con ella; me gustaría que omitieran esa tarjeta, y que dijeran imitación. Además de todo esto, y de haberla revisado con un esmeraldero ya que soy colombiana, viene en una bolsita transparente sellada de cualquier manera y metida en el sobre; para el dinero que cobran podrían empacarla al menos en una caja.También la piedra esta rayada así que pediré otra para saber que es lo que sucede.

This tarnished. I was happy with it until that happened. I was wondering how a real Columbian emerald with 22 K gold plating could be sold for this price. I wanted a full refund but instead they are sending a new pendant.

Great value, but each synthetic stone is slightly different from the manufacturimg process (any stone really) so mine will be different from yours. The setting is also very shiny and holds the accent stones, and main stone, firmly.No noticable major inclusions, which is immensely rare for actual emeralds especially ones of this size, as expected. As such this is a great synthetic piece and a good value.
