Takes a little while to get the hang of but it is SO worth it.
I RARELY write reviews for products because I am incredibly picky and I don't feel compelled to- it takes a lot for a product to live up to a hight ranking in my book. I will say that this did take a little practice to get used to but it is really really worth it once you do get the hang of it. Here is a bit about me and my tips:I have incredibly thick, long hair- (all of my hairstylists have to take extra time to dry my hair and they are ALWAYS shocked at how long it takes to dry) it takes me about 15-20 minutes to get my hair completely dry before I can style it. I have 2 small children so I don't have time in the morning to get up and do my hair, I shower and blow-dry my hair at night and I needed something that would allow me to fall asleep and wake up with great curls. This product delivers. I told myself that for the price I would give it a try and go from there. It took me about 5 different times to really figure out how to make this work for my hair. It will take practice but don't give up! I dry my hair with either the blow-dryer or air dry it and then when it's about 75% dry I put the curler in. In the morning I take it out and I use a little mister spray to help undo any funky parts from where I have tied it. Also, because I have bangs and layers in the front, I tend to take a clip and gather my hair in the back for a little half up/half down look- this helps to relax the curls that are tighter in the front so that by the time I'm ready to walk out the door, it looks great. I also find that the next day my hair looks even better... the curls are looser and look more "lived-in" and relaxed. I love it!!I find that both of the hair ties that it comes with are great but the thinner ones are a bit more comfortable for sleeping. Also I am certain that because my hair is so long (past my boobs) that I would probably benefit from a longer curler but for now it does the job so I am going to keep using it.The product has been well constructed, it is incredibly soft and after a month of use it has held up really well... stop looking at all the different heatless hair curlers! This one is it!

Easy to use, great curls!
I watched a YouTube tutorial on how to use it and it wasn't difficult at all. Slept on it and woke up to a head full of luscious curls! Definitely a keeper! For reference, my hair is long and thick, with a fine in texture and holds curl well.

It Works!
I have thick, long hair. I do not like using lots of heat on my hair in order to curl it. This solves the problem. Since my hair is so thick, the curler is not comfortable to sleep in; but just leaving it on a few hours works well with my hair. If you have lots of frizzy curl, it tames the curl. If you have long layers, it works extremely well. When I curl my hair with this curler, I do not have to "re-curl" my hair since it lasts for several days. It is much better than a curling iron. The only problem I have with this product is that it could be longer. I have to tie a couple of bandanas to each end in order to tie it well. If you don't have thick hair, you probably won't have this problem.

Patience is a Virtue
The concept of these types products seems ridiculously easy. Watch the video, secure the roller with the clip, roll up the hair, tie the tie at the top of your head, put the headband on, and voila, wavy hair in the morning. This actually takes patience and practice and you must have good manual dexterity. I gave up using the included clip because it was too big for the top of my head and would move around while I rolled my hair. I ended up using other types of clips, one on each side, so the roller would stay in place while I wound my hair. I have yet to be able to evenly tie it - one side is always longer than the other, sometimes by quite a lot, even though I secured it to my head evenly. The headband is a godsend for using at night. That, too, I clipped to the tie so it would stay in place while I slept. The waves and curls do look nice once unrolled. Instead of plain water to spray on as suggested, I used a volumizer, which worked nicely, too. Would I recommend this? Maybe. If I ever fully get the hang of using it. And will update my review accordingly.

FINALLY ONE THAT WORKS
I'm surprised this doesn't have better reviews. I've tried a few heatless curls products and this one has by far been the best for my long hair AND most comfortable/sturdy to sleep in. Pics were first thing in the morning, then still holding well after 9 hours. It takes a little practice to use these things, but once you figure it out, YES! My recommendation for long hair like mine - use curl mousse on wet/damp hair before wrapping in this thing and sleep with a silk bonnet over it to prevent frizz.

It Works
I tried this curling system on my hair (my fine hair).Pros: It does work. Use on almost dry hair with some curling product, and curls come out fairly tight.Wrap with dry hair, and curls are very loose.Cons: It's not as easy as it looks to wrap the hair. Takes a bit of practice.I could not include the hairband on the back of my head in the wrapping procedure, hence hairremained flat there. It was comfortable sleeping with the headband on, although some hair fell off the band during thenight.I am going to keep using this headband because it is healthier for my hair and won't dry it out with using heat for curling. I wish there was a wrap for curling the back of my hair at the same time.
