We have had multiple baby gates over the years with 3 kids. This is my absolute favorite one. The size, look and it’s super easy to use our 7 and 5 year old can do open and close it. Super sturdy as long as it’s locked or else it’s flimsy if a toddler is pushing on it trying to get through. We use it to keep our 18 month old from getting to our robot vacuum and starting it every chance it gets. And if we remember to lock the gates then it works perfectly! Have had for months and they’ve held up great. Love that you can just leave it open when guests are over and they don’t have to hop over gates.

Sturdy, easy to install. Tall enough to thwart 18 month old LARGE dog/puppy from entering the forbidden room (aka the kitchen). Much more convenient than the ridged baby gates used previously.

Using this gate to keep dogs off porch. Works great but be careful of dogs chewing. Great gate for kids. Sometimes I have to refill to get it to retract Evenly.

I have bought a few of these and love them. They are easy to install only takes a couple minutes and the best pay is they're so easy to fasten you just hook it to the other side and turn the lock on top. There is no fighting to get it locked and don't have to worry about it falling over if the kids lean on it. So if keeps them safe while being easy to deal with and you don't have to store it somewhere when you take it down it just stays ring on the wall.

I want to say this baby/pet gate is exceptionally well made I would also add that this company has thought of all or most installation scenariosBesides the ease of install and quality of materials used the amount of "included" hardware is value in itself just so you don't need to run down to the hardware store for screws various types of anchors etc. I throughly believe this product will hold up to the amount of use I intend to put it through, what else can I say if it is something you are thinking about getting but are on the fence about, no need to worry this is a quality product indeed.

I bought this gate to keep my herding dogs confined to our deck to keep them from herding my chickens, it works great! I would recommend using the locking position when in use to keep children or critters in, the dogs have tested it and were unsuccessful while the lock is in place. the mesh is sturdy and the retractable feature allows for minimal space being used.

I got this gate for a 10lb yorkiepoo puppy and while there are some good features in the design, overall I’m unimpressed so far and unsure if it will last at all.Pros: looks nice, retractable, kid can use it, locks, bottom moves up and down for installation so you can make it mount to various types of wall. AffordableCons: awful for me to install and I’m relatively handy. It came with instructions but no directions for 90% of the pieces it came with. Tons of screws and anchors etc included but nothing telling you which ones you use for your situation etc. I ended up messing my wall up quite a bit before I got it up (I’ll have to patch later). Do not install super close to the door frame/edge bc there’s often metal framework back there that makes it difficult. (Or in my case)Does not seem super durable or strong on the mesh part. My puppy already had her nose under the teensy inch at bottom also even tho it was locked and sitting directly on ground. I can’t speak to its longevity bc I’ve only had up for a few days but i just can’t imagine strong kids or dogs being contained with this at all.
