Bought this to hold my phone while filming my daughter’s volleyball games. It’s easy to use, seems durable as it’s fallen once and no damage. It’s been hot with a ball several times and mostly stays up but one hard hit took it down and another just hit it into the wall. The height is great and it locks in place well once you rise it up without sliding back down. The remote control is great I love having that option, I do wish that there was a light or something so that I know it was working when pressed to record as a couple of times it didn’t work but not a big deal.

Extremely happy with this tripod — it is even sturdier than I expected, especially at the very competitive price point. It opens, extends, and clamps the phone easily, and securely. I hadn’t noticed it came with a shutter release, which I love, and the storage pouch is nicer than expected. It will work very well for our event —doing a self service photo backdrop at a wedding. I have several tripods for my full size cameras, and this is definitely equivalent for a phone, but at a better price.

I use this tripod for live streaming. The height gets me eyelevel with the screen so that I can read from it without having to look down. It's perfect for a selfie stick with a higher reach. I was actually able to do a video to check my roof. Holds phone perfectly. Easy to adjust height and the legs can be pushed inward to help the tripod stand in small spaces. Easy to adjust and the blue tooth works great with my phone. Would recommend.

The tripod stand is very tall and firm. It comes with a bag to put it away. The remote control is very effective and it works with both iOS and android. The stability is great. It’s good for taking pictures and videos along with square LED Lights found on Instagram.

I'd give it 3 1/2 if I could. It's not bad and, for the price, pretty good actually but there are some issues.1) The part that holds the phone is spring-held instead of being able to unscrew something to open it. There is also not a great place to hold while you are opening it to place your phone in. Meaning it takes two hands to pull it open so if you don't have a third hand to actually hold the phone while placing, it gets tricky.2) After you have the phone in place and have to adjust the angle that the phone is pointing, you are limited to the the width of the grooves in the lock & groove but, in between the grooves are pretty thick so if you're shooting up close and need to adjust it a minute amount, you'll have to fight with it or make other arrangements to get it where you want it.As a basic tripod for fun, it's fine. But if you're trying to use it for more exacting purposes, you get what you pay for.
