Excellent customer service
Beautiful set of luggage. Noticed that the carry-on bag didn't roll properly. I emailed customer support and explained the problem. I received a reply less than 40 minutes later and within 2 days I submitted the requested proof of purchase and photos. By return email I received authorization to return the item via UPS which I did later that same day. Today I received the new, repalcement bag. It only took a total of 10 days. I am looking forward to using the luggage in 2 weeks.Other reviewers mentioned this luggage is not waterproof. Well, I have sprayed the pieces with a waterproofing product from Scotchguard. I did it according to the directions on the product and did not have any discoloration anywhere. Now, until the luggage gets wet, I won't know if this is effective or not.

Love my new luggage
It is very nice looking and exactly how it was listed. I like the variety of sizes and the material. The color makes it easy to see it on the conveyor. It’s different than most other suitcases.

Luggage set received as expected
The London Fog Brentwood II 4 piece set came as I expected it to. The zippers and wheels on all 4 pieces do what I want them to do. The cappuccino color is elegant and sophisticated. I am happy with the set and am excited to use it for the first time!

Poor attention to details.
For this price I expect quality. The manufacturer clearly doesn’t take the time to line up the patterns on the fabric. This set could be so much better if they just took the time to properly make it.

Luggage
The wheels on my luggage were dusty. This made me believe the luggage is refurbished rather than brand new. There were also hanging threads off the luggage that I had to clip as it looked tacky. Originally purchased the luggage at the mall and it looked perfect and of high quality. I was so excited to find the luggage at a much cheaper price on Amazon, but I guess you get what you pay for.
