Good manjistha supplement!
Manjistha is an interesting natural herb that is popular in Asia, and is used in traditional Indian and Tibetan medicanes. The health benefits are intriguing, and if you are in the market for a supplement, these supplements are pretty good. It contains 1500 mg of organic manjistha, and contains a few other ingredients that don't seem out of place (mainly the stuff to make the pill). I don't notice any negative side effects while taking these, and these are easy for me to swallow. So if you want to give manjistha a shot, these supplements are a good source for the herb.

So it is hard to say if this is doing anything for me at this point. I got it to help my skin become healthier and supple and clear but I have not been able to tell if anything has changed and I feel like I need to take it longer to get some clear results. So I will keep taking it until I finish the bottle and hopefully I will have some good results from this.

Good for my skin
I have been using manjista for years now. I have found that my lymphatic system gets messed up when I eat foods with certain oils such as palm oil. I now try to avoid these foods, but in cases where I can't, I take manjista afterwards. It really helps my skin complexion and makes my body feel a little "cleaner". And I love that this is organic, that is very important to me when buying herbs.
