The swivel mop is a great product and good for anyone to use, including children. The idea concept of never touching a dirty mop to ring out water, or even putting your hands close to the ringer with the caution or warning of getting water, dirty water all to your hands is great with this system. It is definitely unlike a traditional mop. You can do a damp mop on your floor or you can do a wet mop on your floor With this system you have the option. The one thing this system does lack is a mop holder if you need to leave the mop in the bucket for a second, it will lean against the wall or fall over. Another thing about the system that I really like is you can put as much water as you want but because the engineers thought of crazy people like myself who would try to have a entire bucket of water that would hurt my back, the level of water that you will have will not be heavy. Overall, I will choose this over a traditional mop, bucket, and mop any day. This one is highly recommended.

Love this mop spinner, it's works as intended good length for handle and easy to use mop. The only thing I would change is the mop head you should be able to remove and wash. Locks and stays in place.

I wasn’t sure I was going to like this mop at first. I still don’t like that to extend it, you’re locking the spinner piece that is more fragile and it can slowly twist down while using. I would have like an extender in the top where it’s sturdier. I also didn’t much like that you have to pick up, twist the mop to splay the fibers out and keep it firmly pressed so that the plastic piece doesn’t scrape the floor. I would much rather have a more free-moving head that isn’t so picky about application.And those are deal breakers for many and almost was for me. So why 4 stars? Well, I got used to it and it was less inconvenient. I like that I can use any cleaner I want. More convenient brands often make it impossible to use anything but their stock product. I also like that the heads are easy to clean and detach and it really is SO much more convenient to spin out the water than wring it. I only need to do 3-4 fast rotation presses to get it perfect, both to saturate, remove heavy traffic dirt areas, and dry promptly. The plastic is also great quality.Really, I just wish I could buy a little extender piece to screw in to extend the handle without needing to extend it where it rotates. I also discovered it’s only the brand new mop heads that don’t stay splayed out as easily. Once they’ve got a little stiffness to them, they are more cooperative. I would appreciate more mop head options that didn’t need breaking in. Although microfiber is absorbent and soft, it has its disadvantages as well.Overall, I really like this mop. The fixes to avoid frustration are doable and I hope Libman listens and does more for the system. It’s a great idea with room for improvement.

The media could not be loaded. I usually use a ringer mop, however we just ordered this one and works perfectly. Love the spinning concept.Markers on the inside show water levels for .5, 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0 gallons, so if you’re adding a floor cleaning fluid you can easily calculate the amount of cleaning fluid you need.The spinner works really well and does a great job of removing moisture from the mop head. Another nice touch is there is a pour opening on the end of the bucket so you don’t have to pour it out over the edge of the bucket. Also has a nice carrying handleMops a wider path than our standard mop and the micro fiber mop head doesn’t get tangled, plus it’s machine washable! I believe it’s a great value.It’s a win- win for us!

I received the mop in the mail and was ready to mop and super excited. I have been wanting one for a while. Sadly when I opened it up and started to use it I found the handle was broken. It would not spin. I called customer service but they were closed.I sent an email and put it all back in the box assuming they would tell me to send it back.The next day customer service had contacted me and I gave them the serial number. Instead of telling me to throw it away or ship it back. They told me that Quality Control wanted to see what was wrong with it and how it broke. They sent me out a replacement with a shipping label to mail the broken part to Quality to inspect it.To me, that shows me that this company actually cares about its products. In the past in similar situations, I have been told to just throw the broken part away.The product is fine. It is a mop, it mops, it spins. It is sturdy. Used it with no issues.
