Total waste of money
Leave alone KSM66, none of the capsules has even normal Ashwagandha powder in them. Opened some capsules, and there is sawdust inside them. Got a slight taste of Triphala powder. I have tasted and seen real KSM66 from reputed brands. It's not even 1% like it. Lesson learned, always stick to known brands.
