I always search for the size of the pill as I have problems swallowing some pills they get stuck. So far no issue. No flavor or smell. Recommend.

I gift these to my grandparents to help keep them in the top notch condition they current are at (both turning 81 this year). I pair these with Niagen from Chromadex along other supplements (always check Examine to see if a supplement is worth your money).Quality label/design. Extremely convenient price vs NOW Foods and others (number of servings x mg's of active ingredient) So cheap that I actually emailed the company wondering about this. Response was very personalized (as in, no "dear XYZ, thank you for emailing COMPANY NAME, blah blah") and stated that they make very small margins as they are looking into making profits from large volume sales. Company has decently designed website. Has updated blogs regarding nutrition. Seems legit.

For anyone interested in taking Pterostilbene for its anti-inflammation and longevity/anti-aging benefits, please be warned. It is also a reasonably potent anti-anxiety drug as well... especially at this dosage. I would not recommend taking this in the morning. It does not impair intellectual capacity much, if at all, in my experimentation but you will feel sluggish and I did not feel ~sharp~ while taking it. I am going to try taking it as part of a nightly regiment for sleep and see how that works as the potential benefits for activating Sirtuin pathways are too enticing to pass up.

I like another user use this product in conjunction w/Co-Q 10 and resveratrol and then of course a lot of other vitamins and minerals, but this does seem to boost the efficacy of the other 2. I also have become aware that this product can help the aging brain and memory issues so I'm gonna keep taking it w/the other things I take as well because if it's true, I'd rather be safe than sorry! But it's easy to take and the price is very good and the folks at the company are quite helpful and very nice, which is great should you ever need to contact them. Take this and see the difference for yourself!

Great product

For just pennies a day one can receive all the benefits of one of the most powerful antioxidants on the market.I pair this supplement with a large dose of resveratrol and a standard dosage for riboside niacinamide. The theory is that a protocol with these three products should have lastly benefits at the cellular level triggering a cascade of proteins that should rejuvenate my body's cells. I really don't know if this has happened but I feel great and the latest science suggests this should happen.
