This is the real stuff
Great complex flavour. Huge bag, I am about half way through it now and will order another when it's gone. The individually portioned packets keep it fresh and it's really convenient to take one into work with me to dump in some pot noodles for a flavour boost.

Convenient mini sachets & good quality
As a keen home cook, I don't always finish the large bags of Katsuobushi. These sachets are perfect for small portions for miso soup stock, or for scattering on prawn spaghetti dishes. I used to import from Japan, but the postage has become so expensive, so really pleased I found this Yamako product.

Real Japanese Katsuobushi
The individual foil wraps are not perforated, they purely serve to dose the flakes in 1g portions. I would have preferred them to come in a single 40g bag, but these were the only real Japanese Katsuobushi I could find on Amazon. Still happy with a purchase.
