White powder maybe a bit of collor, not briliant on any flavours, and it's not the purpose of it. U put it into a glass of 500ml of water, u mix it well and in 30 seconds u find it all at the bottom of the glass, so you need to drink it FAST. This might cause sedimentation so I drink about 500 ml of water + 2 spoons of powder and than another 500-1000 ml of water to flush the sistem well .I'm trying to dissolve a small stone that I have , this might work but i'm not sure.Alkaline substanced and potassium citrate is suppose to dissolve the stones at some extent and prevent any other forming

Ok I have been taking this for 5 days now these are the positives.I am going to the loo a lot easier now, had severe constipation because of medication and this has really helped.I have severe anxiety but haven’t noticed a difference with that yet.It does help me sleep a lot easier.My stomach acid has greatly improvedIt has lowered my appetite which is good because I am addicted to sugar.Negatives.The taste is not the nicest but I am getting used to it.The price is quite expensive so I hope it starts really working in the next week. I will wrote another update soon.

A good taste and I feel the benefits within

Basically use this product to enhance my alkalinity levels however haven't really seen much of a difference to be fair although it does have a lot of essential base minerals in the mix

I find this has a beneficial effect on me. It does alkalinise me a bit I think (hard to know). The biggest benefit for me it that I find my appetite is a lot less if I take this every morning. Normally when I fast I get dizzy but if I take this I can function. As a result my new health regime (which is quite strict at the moment) is not stressing my body but instead is easy. It must be something to do with the electrolytes or minerals. I'm not sure but it's helped me a lot.

I purchased this product after I used ph testing strips. I have arthritis and knew that my body was acidic, the strips confirmed it. I adjusted my diet following advice, choosing alkaline promoting foods and I also use this Alkaline Minerals powder. The combination of the two improved dramatically my acid balance in the body. The tests confirmed it. The best of all is that the arthritis have improved also. The joint discomfort is almost gone. Without question, you are what you eat and what you put into your body. I follow as much as possible an alkaline diet as suffer from silent reflux. I originally purchased some alkaline minerals from the US that were recommended to me but they worked out much too expensive after customs duty so found these. I do wish they had sodium bicarbonate in them though. But happy to have found some that taste okay and do seem to be helping.
